Use Person Cards only.
The objective is to be the first Player to get rid of all your cards by playing the last matching card in each round.
To Play
Deal 5 cards to each Player. Put the remaining cards face down in a Draw Pile, and turn over the top card and begin a Reveal Pile.
-
The Layout
The person to the left of the Dealer begins.
-
If Player 1 has a matching card (i.e., one that makes a couple), he or she places it in the Reveal Pile. (If he or she has more than one matching card, he or she may choose which card to play.) Any Celibate cards can only be discarded at the start of a player’s reveal turn, since they have no matches.
-
If Player 1 does not have a matching card, he or she must add cards to his or her hand from the Draw Pile until he or she finds a match.
If the Draw Pile is empty then the player's turn ends.
Repeat for each player around the table. The round ends when no player can match the revealed card.
The next reveal turn is started by whichever player made the last match in the round, and plays the same way. Each round starts with a reveal turn except for the first round.
The first player to get rid of all his or her cards is the winner, called the "Professional Cheater."
The player with the most cards left in his or her hand is the loser, called the "Novice Cheater."
And the rest of the players are just called "Average Cheaters."
Variation: Deal all the cards except for one to be revealed.
